Name: Whitney Ahn
History: Whitney was found on the streets of Portland as a baby. He was brought to a church-run adoption center. One day, a fire started, after a serial arsonist set a fire, and Whitney had to habe. He still has a scar. The center was rebuilt.
The center was full of people who had severe mental issues, or at least that's what he thought, and he never really paid attention to anything in it other than the food was bad, and the whole place was overly religious, and had a terrible school.
He ran away from the center after severe bullying, due to his public declaration of his atheism. He was 11 at the time. He then joined a runaway facility, and remained there for a year, until he had to leave again, because he got kicked out because he accidentally used his powers to hurt someone when that person attacked him.
Apperance: Just picture Rivers Cuomo.
Personality: Personality: Very shy, so he dosen't talk to people very much. He to spend his time drawing in his notebook, or reading. he is Smart, and cunning, and he tends to look at things strategically.
Power: Ablility to turn water into other states of matter, and move them.
Good/ Evil/ Neutral: good-neutral
