Name: Talia Sanders
History: Talia was born in Seattle, the only child of a poor family. Her family was in a big debt, so when she turned 12, Talia started working odd jobs, painting houses, walking dogs, and doing other stuff like that. When she turned 13, her parents died, leaving Talia an orphan. She didn’t want to stay in Seattle, so she used the money she earned to travel to San Francisco, where she had a relative who might be able to help her. When she got there, they turned her away, saying they didn’t have enough room for someone else to live with them. She began to live on the streets, doing odd jobs to earn her money. She would get attacked by people who offered her a part of their "Perfect World", but she quickly learned how to fight them off. Over the years, she always had freak accidents around sinks and hoses, but she always acquited those to coincidences. One day, when she was 15, she was fixing a leaky faucet, and the kids who lived there kept bothering her. Getting increasingly annoyed, she waved the kids away, and the water exploded all over them. After testing it out a little more, and after freaking herself out multiple times, Talia realized that for whatever reason, she could control the water. She continued living on the streets, but by then, she specialized in plumbing, and other water related jobs. This is what prompted her to go to Miami, a year later, where she could help clean pools, and other things.

Personality: Talia’s what you would call a penny pincher, since she never had much money to begin with. She always watches what she owns, and never complains about what she has. She’s a very sweet person, and doesn’t get angry unless something really bad happens. She doesn’t have many friends, since she’s really shy, but if you can befriend her, you’ve got a friend for life. It’s virtually impossible for her to make an enemy, since she usually apologizes for anything she does 5 seconds after she does it.
Power: She can control water.
Good/ Evil/ Neutral: Neutral for now, but she'll turn good.
